Our Story

How it all started...

In 1995, Pastor Dan Durias began a small group Bible Study at Atlas Apartments in the International District, with only five people in attendance. Later that same year, Pastor Badon and his family joined him.
Our meeting places over the years have been a journey of God’s faithfulness:
  • 1995 – We started meeting in the basement of the Bush Hotel.
  • Due to renovations at Bush Hotel, we moved to the Union Gospel Mission, where we stayed for two years.
  • In 1999, we moved to the Japanese Congregational Church, where we worshiped and served faithfully until March 2022.
  • Today, we are blessed to be gathering at our present address.
